i almost thought this place would be nice, but lo and behold, the shower heater was broken, and i was left with cold water, brrr! the mattress was so bad, it gave me a bad back each day. for a luxury b&b, i expected at least a complimentary bottle of wine, but no such luck.

The hot water and good air conditioning were much appreciated during the heat. However, the check-in process could have been clearer, and the lift occasionally made me feel uneasy. It would be nice to have an elevator maintenance check for smoother access on the fifth floor.
